2 - 3 lb. beef roast (I used a sirloin roast)
10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. my house seasoning (equal parts onion powder, garlic powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
8 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
Place the roast in the crock pot. In a bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Add in any veggies you may be using, cover and cook on low for 8 hour
