Recipe :
14.75 oz. can cream style corn
15.25 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 C. grated onion
1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 small jar sliced pimentos, drained
4 T. melted butter
4 T. all purpose flour
2 T. sugar
2/3 C. milk
1 C. crushed buttery crackers
1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour 10 minutes.
